A 23 year experienced R.N.
graduating from The LAC-USC Medical Center.
Practical knowledge obtained via service at
LAC-USC
Medical
Center
and Loma
Linda
University
Medical
Center.
This experience includes, but is not limited to, Assistant Nurse Manager in
Internal Medicine and Medical-Surgical Nursing. Along with over 15 years in
Case Management in the Hospital, Sub-Acute, Skilled Nursing Facility and in
the Ambulatory Care settings. Deborah
is Certified Case Manager and an Internal Nurse Auditor who has a strong understanding and knowledge of
The Medical Record, Standards of Care, guidelines for continued
hospitalization, the Nursing
Process, and its application.
Deborah is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant from The Vickie Milazzo
Institute.®
MONICA PALMER, BA, CCM
Vice President
Monica has an extensive background in Social Services
that is derived from her service as the Director of Social Services at a
Rehabilitation/Sub Acute Facility for 10 years.
Monica developed an attitude of excellence that was incorporated in
her daily routines. This
attitude overflowed into the lives of the clients and their families
enhancing their experience and their confidence in her abilities and
talents. She has developed a program that will enhance the productivity and
the customer service ratings in The IPA, The Medical Office and The Skilled
Nursing Facility. Monica’s
experience incorporates JACHO preparedness along with Daily Compliance in
Documentation, Conflict Resolution, Discharge Planning, Case Management and
MDS.
